Your Role
We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our IIA business, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. Ideally based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne), though we're open to candidates based anywhere in Australia. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple strategic, business, and regulatory initiatives. You’ll lead a team of initiative delivery specialists, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role involves planning and execution oversight, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are key, along with the ability to track project health and provide meaningful insights to senior leadership.

About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally meet the below criteria:
Extensive project management experience (5+ years), with a proven record of successfully delivering projects in complex environments and managing multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects or workstreams within large-scale, multi-year programs and managing budgets circa $5M.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of effective cost management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Deep capability in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, with a focus on implementing effective risk controls.
Senior stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Practical knowledge and application of program and project management methodologies, including Agile (SAFe and Scrum) and hybrid delivery models.
Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and respond positively to change.
Industry experience in Financial Services is highly regarded.
