Job Description:- Lead and manage a 24x7x365 offshore operations team across multiple technology domains.
- Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services including incident response, change management, patching, and performance optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, automation, and runbook development.
- Collaborate with onshore SMEs and stakeholders to align on SLAs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide escalation support and root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Manage team capacity, shift schedules, and training to ensure round-the-clock coverage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing offshore teams in a 24x7 environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience in service management preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO, etc.)
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
