Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administration Assistant to join the Victorian Virtual Specialist Consults team.

 

Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.

 

Services are provided through our five main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital.  In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

 

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our rapidly expanding Virtual Services division at Northern Health.

 

This role sits within our Victorian Virtual Specialist Consult (VVSC) team, working with our Administration Coordinator and team to manage clinics, provide comprehensive customer service, and administration support to the wider VVSC team.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Extensive clerical experience in a health/service-oriented environment
  • Effective communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and set priorities
  • Well-developed organisational skills
