Zonal Sales Manager IEU function is responsible for driving sales, revenue growth and market expansion within the assigned Zone. The role involves managing regional sales teams, building strong channel partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving monthly business objectives in alignment with the company’s Vision.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and achieve sales targets, increase market share & achieve margin targets for the Zone
- Develop and implement zonal sales strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Drive new business opportunities and manage existing customers
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate and manage Territory sales managers across east Zone which covers West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Assam, Chhattisgarh.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and ensure continuous growth
- Identify Shill gaps and provide training, mentoring & performance coaching
Market Development & Business planning
- Identify new, markets, segments and growth opportunities for business growth
- Track competitor activities in the zone and provide regional insights for strategic decisions
- Prepare Zonal sales targets, forecasting accuracy, monitor collects and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, process and statutory guidelines.
Key Requirements
- Engineering Degree /MBA in sales & marketing
- Experience 10 to 15 years of sales experience with 3 to 4 years to team handling experience

- Achievement of Zonal sales targets
- Forecast Accuracy
- Team productivity and attrition rates
