Sourcing Analyst chez Clarivate

Clarivate is looking for a Sourcing Analyst for our Hyderabad office. This position is responsible for assisting in purchasing activities

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments.

• 0–2 years of experience in a corporate or procurement-related role (internships/co-ops are welcome)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with procurement platforms like Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, SAP, NetSuite, Jaggaer, GEP

• Basic understanding of procurement principles and P2P process

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Collaborative mindset with organizational awareness

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. 

• Data analysis and reporting skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment across various businesses, and organize complex information 

• Coupa certification or training qualifications are a plus

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Responsible in the creation, review, and processing of purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.   

• Monitor and communicate PO status, addressing issues and delays proactively.

• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders and suppliers on procurement processes.

• Provide support to buyers/requisitioners by analyzing system data, preparing purchase orders, and managing supplier communications. 

• Ability to understand and interpret supplier ordering documents to enter into Coupa

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of POs from initiation to execution.

• Assist stakeholders in adopting and complying with purchasing policies, procedures, tools, and processes. 

About the Team  

You will be part of the Procurement Centre of Excellence, supporting a seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across global business units. The team is responsible for managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders using platforms like Coupa, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Hours of Work

• We work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (Hybrid work mode)

• Shift timing 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.
