Your Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Service Consultant to join our community-minded WFI team in Dja Dja Wurrung Country (Bendigo).
You’ll support new and existing clients with their insurance needs, always putting the customer first. At WFI, we’re proud to be known as “Great people to know” who offer “insurance you can shake hands with” and you’ll help uphold that trusted reputation.

This is a full-time, permanent role.
In your first six months, you’ll complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification while working from our Bendigo office to receive supervised training. Hybrid work options may be considered after this period, based on business needs.

You bring strong communication, empathy, and resilience—and a passion for helping your community. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in customer service (face-to-face or phone-based)
- Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems
- Decisive and able to follow business processes
- Skilled in rapport-building and active listening
- Self-motivated with great attention to detail
- Reliable, accountable, and eager to grow
