You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to use your strong analytical instincts and curiosity for problem-solving to help drive business decisions and process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of critical thinking, data literacy, and communication skills to drive improvements and innovation across our operations. Position Responsibilities:·       Review and interpret large, complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.·       Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by applying validation methods and leveraging various analytical tools.·       Design and develop new reports based on evolving business needs, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely and relevant information.·       Build interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and consolidate multiple data sources for improved decision-making.·       Design and implement automated processes that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall operational efficiency.·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement process enhancements that reduce manual work and improve scalability.Required Qualifications:·       Bachelor's degree required.·       1+ years’ experience in analytics·       Proficiency in SQL required.·       Proficiency in Python required.·       Strong Excel experience preferred.·       Experience developing Dashboards using PowerBI or other visualization software required.·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.·       Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. In joining our team at CCMR3, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives while advancing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
