As the Maintenance Reliability Engineer you will optimise maintenance planning and scope engineering continuous improvement projects in the Cement Plant at Pinkenba. A key focus will be to benchmark against industry, monitor and report on maintenance metrics and perform root cause analysis on breakdowns.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on the maintenance and continuous improvement of fixed plant assets
- Review maintenance plans and rationalise effectiveness
- Provide leadership and coordination to scope and schedule Plant shutdown events
- Provide technical expertise on the progress of major plant outages, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed
- Prepare plant performance reports that highlight progress of plant KPIs for reliability, availability, MTTR and MTBF
About You
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in reliability or mechanical / maintenance engineering
- Ability to provide technical support to production and maintenance team
- Extensive knowledge of working within a fixed plant environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in preparing performance reports ensuring technical analysis is sound
