The opportunity
As a Graduate Analyst you’ll be at the heart of our investment operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of tax data across a diverse range of financial products.
From processing cost base adjustments to preparing annual tax statements, your work will support critical client outcomes and regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing
Process tax-related cases including cost base adjustments and withholding remittances
Support the year-end taxation project: reconcile income, process transactions, and prepare client tax statements
Calculate entitlements and notify clients (including JEMI credits)
Manage fund manager rebate processes, agreements, calculations, reconciliations, and allocations
Prepare ad hoc reports for external stakeholders
Investigate and respond to queries from internal and external teams
Participate in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Contribute to special projects and initiatives
What you'll bring
A keen interest in tax, finance, and investment operations
Knowledge of ASX securities, international assets, bonds, and managed funds
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Relevant studies or experience in Taxation or IDPS platforms highly regarded
