The opportunity

As a Graduate Analyst you’ll be at the heart of our investment operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of tax data across a diverse range of financial products.

From processing cost base adjustments to preparing annual tax statements, your work will support critical client outcomes and regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Process tax-related cases including cost base adjustments and withholding remittances

  • Support the year-end taxation project: reconcile income, process transactions, and prepare client tax statements

  • Calculate entitlements and notify clients (including JEMI credits)

  • Manage fund manager rebate processes, agreements, calculations, reconciliations, and allocations

  • Prepare ad hoc reports for external stakeholders

  • Investigate and respond to queries from internal and external teams

  • Participate in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives

What you'll bring

  • A keen interest in tax, finance, and investment operations

  • Knowledge of ASX securities, international assets, bonds, and managed funds

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Relevant studies or experience in Taxation or IDPS platforms highly regarded
