Job Overview

Responsible for delivering all engineering projects across the site including infrastructure, Formulations, Packaging, Site Utilities and Facilities.

Experience

About 12-15 years 
Relevant and demonstrable experience of project engineering in a fast paced environment, ideally within the Pharmaceutical or Chemical Sector.
Experience of Infrastructure modifications including civil refurbishment and mechanical & electrical services installation & modification.
Project Validation experience
Experience of successfully managing capital expenditure projects

 
Key Responsibility
 
  1. Works autonomously and make decisions with limited guidance. 
  2. Works with external engineering consultants and driving design deliverables to the agreed dates from the consultant.
  3. Reviewing & issuing tenders whilst ensuring they align with the project scope of works and customer requirements.
  4. Preparing tender evaluations, liaising with purchasing and driving order placement.
  5. Pro-actively expedites orders and responds to Post Tender Questions through liaison with Key project stake holders as required.
  6. Supervises site installations and commissioning works.
  7. Drives validation activities.
  8. Develops concept engineering proposals & budget costings.
  9. Develops and agrees engineering user requirements & scope of works with both internal & external clients.
  10. Prepares project estimates based on the user requirements & scope developed for projects.
  11. Oversees cost control of project budgets once approved.
  12. Prepares project programs and monitors progress against milestones.
  13. Participating into validation process for facility readiness
 

Qualifications

Bachelore of Degree Engineering in Electrical/Instrumentation
