CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - SuccessFactors Talent Mgmt opening for our client in Durham, NC.
Location: Durham, NC
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions within SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
Perform requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Talent Management modules.
Configure and implement modules including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and Learning Management System (LMS).
Provide training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools.
Stay current with new features, functionality, and releases within the SuccessFactors Talent Management suite.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
Proficiency in Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.
Ability to translate client business requirements into system functionality.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management implementations.
Hands-on expertise in configuring and deploying multiple Talent Management modules.
Prior consulting or client-facing project experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
