Requirements/Preferred Experience:
- SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urology Division
- To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA in urology
- Urodynamics and robotics experience preferred, but not required
- Must be comfortable working independently
- RNFA required to first assist
Position Details
- Full-time salaried position with a schedule option of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm OR 4 10-hour days/week (one hour for lunch)
- Weekly schedule is a mix of outpatient clinic at SRS Otay Ranch and inpatient at Sharp Memorial Hospital
- Provide additional patient access with pre and post-operative visits from surgery
- Must be comfortable with treating well-established long-term chronic patients
- Cases may include bladder pain, UTI, pessary procedures, ICI, prolapse and overactive bladder, enlarged prostates, cancer, and kidney stones
- No call and no after-hours work

Annual starting salary for a new NP/PA graduate is $134,000.00/year. The posted annual salary is the annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
