They deliver significant support for the overall enterprise, optimizing operations, funding and capital structure to honor our commitments to our stakeholders. They inform the decisions of Corebridge executives and comply with regulatory requirements, maintain financial discipline, transparency and controls, while providing timely and meaningful information.
About the role

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Developing machine learning models or agentic workflows to drive efficiency, improve decision making, and reduce costs
- Providing key reporting and analytics support, reviewing business performance, and driving planning and forecasting efforts
- Improving financial management systems and information, contributing to process improvement or savings initiatives, and participating in finance projects
What we’re looking for:
Corebridge seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about and committed to the insurance industry.
We also look for a diverse background of experience, culture and thought. Successful candidates typically have a global perspective and a record of successful teamwork.
Preferred:
- One or more years of internship experience
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, resourceful and capable of working with ambiguity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Have an attention to detail and accuracy
- Committed to learning new skills and open to work within different business and subject areas
- Majors related to: Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Actuarial Science
- Experience with SQL or Snowflake
Required:
- Desire to learn about and engage with various roles and responsibilities of a life and retirement insurance company
- Minimum 3.2 grade point average (unofficial transcript required upon application).
- Candidate for bachelor’s degree to be received no later than June 2026
- Ability to work 40 hours per week; 2-3 days in the office per week
- Experience with Python programming language
Location:
Corebridge analyst positions are available in Houston, TX, Woodland Hills, CA, & Jersey City, NJ.
For applicants in New Jersey, and California the salary range is $62,000 - $80,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we offer a range of comprehensive benefits which can be viewed on our site.
