What the Job looks like
- Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Monitoring of customer orders and goods availability
- Consolidation of orders and delivery planning for an optimized transportation in alignment with the warehouse team
- Booking of transportation (air, sea and road)
- Creation of delivery in SAP and creation of relevant export documents (e.g. invoice, packing list)
- Informing the customer about estimated arrival of the consignment
Main contact person to the customer for the order processing under Customer Service perspective
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Good communication skills in German / English
- Ideally some SAP knowledge
- Ideally with Supply Chain background
- Open-minded, eager to learn, details and improvements oriented, collaborative, adaptable
