Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and scope definition to execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Partner with business and external technical teams to understand their business needs, guide the design and development of solutions, and ensure they meet organizational standards and goals.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage and coordinate relationships with external partners, software providers, and consultants to ensure alignment with project objective
- Team Leadership: Build and lead project teams, including consultants, developers, and business users, motivating them to achieve project objectives.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and budget to stakeholders and executives.
- Budget Management: Manage project budget and ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
Qualifications
- University Studies: University degree preferably in technology, engineering or Business Administration
- Project Management background: 5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the implementation of financial information systems, with extensive technological and systems architecture knowledge.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
- SAP Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP finance modules (FI, CO, PS, TR) and integration across different SAP modules.
- Travel Expenses Expertise: Knowledge and experience with SAP COCNUR or Travel Expenses processes and integration across different systems: travel agency, credit cards and HR software.
- Technical Understanding: While not necessarily a deep configurator, they must understand technical aspects and how SAP systems integrate with other applications.
- English Skills: Medium/High English Level (Cambridge B2 or similar)
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to manage diverse teams and various stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes, particularly financial ones, and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Change Management: The ability to navigate change and guide organizations through complex SAP implementations and transformations
