YOUR ROLE
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platforms through proactive operational oversight. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to manage incidents, changes, releases, and operational risks, ensuring high service quality and vendor accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SaaS platform stability, compliance, and continuous improvement through proactive operational management.
- Support incident management, change coordination, release planning, and operational risk mitigation with internal teams and vendors.
- Act as a liaison between business units and SaaS vendors to ensure service quality, performance, and governance.
- Analyse business requirements and develop functional specifications to guide solution design and delivery.
This is a permanent role open to candidates located in Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne)
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with incident, change, and release management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
