About the Role

As our Employee Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of People & Culture queries received via phone, email and our online service desk system. 

This role is seeking a highly organised professional with a keen eye for detail and passion for delivering smooth and seamless support to our staff. 

Location: Footscray Park Campus, Footscray

Contract type: Continuing full-time (36.75 hours per week)

Classification and Salary: HEP 4 / $70,345 - $74,646 (per annum) plus 17% Superannuation

Position Description: Employee Experience Officer

 

Key Duties

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries via phone, email, and online help desk
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on navigating People & Culture systems, policies and processes 
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employment verification processes
  • Troubleshoot system access issues (e.g. locked accounts, usernames)
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture
