GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This Traffic Monitor role is located in Ciudad Juárez and aims to monitor loading, unloading, and compliance with supply chain requirements.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transportation service scheduling.
- Live tracking and localization of transportation activities using software, optimizing resources.
- Compliance with safety processes and avoiding operational risks.
- Respond to system alerts from various carriers and suppliers for BRP.
- Work in collaboration with various carriers, suppliers, and BRP's internal team.
- KPI updates.
- Promote continuous improvement and support the fulfillment of our Lean Enterprise mission.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
- Logistics and Transportation Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the transportation industry with knowledge of route planning, requirements, and customer service.
- Solid knowledge of Excel for data processing.
- Bilingual (written and spoken) Spanish – English (desirable).
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS/YMS), SAP ERP (WM, MM, PP).
