About this opportunity:

 

We are looking for a Tech Lead with advanced technical expertise, strong technical leadership, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must demonstrate project management skills, problem-solving abilities, collaboration, and teamwork. They should also have aptitude for mentoring and coaching, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.

 

You will be responsible for developing our internal applications/services by defining and implementing the necessary future evolutions. You will also be in charge of adapting existing applications for migration to the new radio performance chain.

 

The organization operates in an agile mode with Craft practices to be strengthened throughout the sprints. The technological environment is based on technologies such as ASP.NET Core WebAPI (C# .NET 8), Angular (TypeScript), SQL Server, GoLand, TDD, DDD, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and Gitlab. Knowledge of DevOps practices, especially regarding Operational Maintenance of systems, is an asset.

 

Mastery of Craft practices is mandatory for this position.

 

What you will do:

 

• Supervise and lead the technical team in developing software solutions, ensuring code consistency and quality.

• Define the software architecture and development standards to follow, ensuring they are respected by the team.

• Actively participate in the development of key features, providing technical support and solving complex problems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that the proposed solutions effectively meet them.

• Plan and development tasks, ensuring that objectives are met within the given deadlines.

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies as part of Agile development.

• Maintain constant technological watch to identify new opportunities and trends in the field of software development.

• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team, helping to strengthen the technical skills of its members.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation, ensuring that best practices are followed.

• Manage technical incidents and resolve problems by providing effective solutions.

 

The skills you bring:

 

  • Mandatory Languages & Frameworks ( C# (.NET Core), TypeScript, SQL/T-SQL).
  • Experience in Cloud & DevOps (AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab, Git Flow).
  • Good to have Tools & Platform knowledge like Visual Studio, Data Grip, Postman, Bruno, Sonar, Apache Ni Fi.
  • Architecture & Practices: REST APIs, TDD, DDD, UML, Craft practices.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Effective team player , Good analytical, autonomous, and synthesis skills.
  • Experience working across multiple environments: Test, Pre-production, Production.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive with ability to propose improvements.
