Under minimal supervision, the iWarehouse Sales Coordinator is responsible for the management of order entry, order activation, recurring billing, subscription services, supplier transactions for iWarehouse solutions products (Quote to Order). This associate must have a passion for accuracy and service and will work closely with internal departments, Solutions and Support Centers and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preliminary checks on incoming orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Receive, review, and enter sales orders into our order management system.
- Manage the iWarehouse order process from intake to fulfillment, ensuring correctness, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory linked to orders and resolve issues that may impact order delivery, expediting orders as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments such as sales, operations, and logistics teams to resolve issues.
- Respond to internal customer inquiries, providing order status updates, pricing, shipping information, and resolving issues via phone and email.
- Create, update, and maintain various spreadsheets pertaining to subscriptions, inventory, orders/files, and customer data
- Set up recurring billing in our ERP and provide maintenance of subscriptions in ERP to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in order information, pricing, or other details to prevent billing inaccuracies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and standardized documentation, participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the iWarehouse processes.
- Work in a collaborative manner with other Solution & Support Centers and Raymond.
- Work with various portals such as SAP and Trello.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree in business preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1-3 years’ experience in Transportation and Logistics
- Experience in lean management / process improvement projects.
Special Requirements
- Strong knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
- Superb organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
- Experience working in a collaborative environment
