About the Role:
Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to work in the Commercial department, supporting the Operations Team and Senior Quantity Surveyors. To be based in Bamber Bridge, Preston, with the option of hybrid working.
Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston
Hours of Work: Full time - 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 - Depending on experience
Key responsibilities & duties:
- Saving down CAD drawings
- Updating the CAD register with dates work is sold/applied
- Check manual control pictures on BC
- Check OOH work pictures on BC
- Filing invoices
- Updating invoice tracker with invoice details
- Updating invoice tracker with payment date of invoices
- Uploading invoices to Ariba (Cadent specific)
- Raising POs and receipting
- Update TTRO tracker (Hive access required) every Wednesday
- Create and update FPN tracker (Ops to help guide)
- Maintain folders are kept tidy and structured
- Uploading rate items to INS (UU AFP system)
- Maintain the accruals tracker and make any accruals on redsky
Experience:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong desire to maintain client relationships whilst not compromising contractual entitlement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage own time and work to business priorities and deadlines
- Forward thinking and keen to develop smarter delivery of work.
- Commercially and financially aware.
- Experience in a commercial department would be advantageous.
