This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Support Armanino’s WFP process by working closely with Workforce Planning team, Human Resources stakeholders and Operations team members to generate forward looking staffing plans needed to support forecasted business demand.  
  • Take ownership and management over critical data WFP inputs, assumptions and outputs.
  • Development of complex analysis with large quantities of personnel, financial and operational data.
  • Analyze actual results for variances to plan and identify actionable insights.
  • Obtain and clean data through extract, transform, and load (ETL) best practices with controls to ensure data accuracy
  • Identify and implement opportunities for reporting and processes improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Support development of real time forecasting for WFP alongside partnership with Finance Stakeholders through templates, analysis, and data consolidation
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of all materials produced
  • Effectively communicate and maintain positive working relationships with peers and internal clients in a collaborative and fast paced environment
  • Develop an expertise in Armanino’s key systems and data structures

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Machine Learning Models in Finance uses
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Office Connect experience
  • Prior Workforce Planning experience with a Professional Services firm
  • Demonstrated experience with developing in Power Query, SQL, Python, Spark, VBA, PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools
  • Work hours are from approximately 2 to 11 pm local time to enable strong relationships with the US based team
  • 2 - 4+ years of relevant work experience including supporting United States based organization
  • Prior experience with Personnel modeling and capacity analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field
  • Advanced expertise in Excel, familiarity with finance/ERP platforms and forecasting/CPM/BI platforms
  • Experience interfacing with an HRIS system and Human Resource team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, able to formulate and conduct analysis with minimal supervision and get work done.
  • Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership mentality to take responsibility for Personnel and Workforce Planning models, data, inputs, assumptions and outputs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business as it scales to a billion dollars and beyond.
