We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Field Engineer to join our IT team at Moore Kingston Smith. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who is ready to build their skills in a dynamic professional services environment.
📍 Romford (base) with travel to Redhill, St Albans, West End, Heathrow and Godalming offices.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers
- Supporting office tech including workstations and meeting room equipment
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Travelling between offices to deliver field support and ensure smooth operations
- Helping colleagues with IT projects and wider team initiatives
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or service desk
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and desktop/laptop setup
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
- Good communicator, confident working with different teams
- Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
- Experience in professional services (finance, legal, consulting) is a plus
