We're building a product that helps people improve their sleep, recovery, and readiness through science-driven insights. Our team is constantly challenging itself to level up, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join us and build the engine that drives our Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategy for all digital marketing ads, including budget planning and targeting.
  • Manage the entire ad lifecycle from setup to optimization on Google Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Turn paid traffic into booked demos for our Sales team, focusing on key ICPs: Gyms, Insurers, and Employers.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Content Manager to align ad creative with landing pages.
  • Ensure clean tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager for accurate attribution from click to meeting.
  • Read and interpret data daily, sharing insights and lessons learned with the team.
  • Make clear decisions: scale, fix, or stop campaigns based on performance.


Requirements

  • Growth-Focused Mindset: You're motivated to turn paid traffic into tangible pipeline and booked meetings, not just MQLs.
  • Hands-on Expertise: A minimum of 3+ years of experience running B2B performance campaigns on Google and at least one of Meta or LinkedIn.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled with GA4 and Tag Manager to ensure clean attribution and reporting.
  • Effective Communication: Clear writing and a low ego. You can work collaboratively with Sales and Content teams and explain your decisions.
  • System Builder: You are able to build a complete performance marketing system from A to Z (research, creation, implementation, tracking, and optimization).
  • Language Fluency: Proficient in English (C1/C2).


Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, health, or tech startup sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Basic skills in editing landing pages.
  • Experience running multi-country campaigns in Western Europe
