Role: Software Engineer/ Senior - GenAI Mobile App developer (React Native)

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Mobile App Developer (React Native) to join our product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications that seamlessly integrate with our enterprise AI platform. You will ensure high performance, intuitive user experience, and robust app lifecycle management, including Play Store and App Store deployments.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.

• Implement features such as push notifications, deep linking, and in-app navigation.

• Manage end-to-end app store processes including publishing, updates, certificates, and compliance for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

• Integrate mobile apps with backend services (REST APIs, GraphQL, databases, etc.).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across devices.

• Work with version control (Git/Bitbucket preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices for mobile delivery.

• Rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate new features and technologies.

What You'll have:

Must Have:

• Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 2+ year of React Native development.

• Hands-on experience with publishing and managing apps on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

• Strong knowledge of push notifications, deep linking, and app lifecycle management.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native ecosystem, and mobile UI frameworks.

• Familiarity with integrating mobile apps with backend APIs.

• Working knowledge of Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile build tools.
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native modules (Objective-C/Swift for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android).

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.) and crash reporting tools.

• Knowledge of app performance optimization and offline-first strategies.

• Prior startup or high-paced environment experience.

• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in the context of mobile CI/CD.

How the process works...

• We will share a link to create your profile on workday & Respond with your interest to us.
• We’ll contact you either via video call or phone call - whatever you prefer, with the further schedule status.
• During the interview phase, you will meet with the technical panel for 60 minutes. We will contact you after the interview to let you know if we’d like to progress your application.
• There will be 2 rounds of technical discussion followed by a Managerial round.
• We will let you know if you’re the successful candidate.
