IMPORTANT: We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager role, managing or supervising at least 25 employees or greater. Candidates also must have at least 2 years’ experience using SAP. Candidates will also need Forklift Driving experience.

Job Description:

• This position will supply logistical and analytical support to the Finished Product Warehouse daily.
• Interacts with the area teams to provide training support for the SAP systems being used.
• Will oversee all aspects of Transportation Management (TM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Billing support roles
• Supervise/Develop/Train order processing team including Transportation Management (TM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Billing support roles
• Ensure warehouse teams have sufficient orders in hand to optimize crewing and hit revenue targets
• Experience in all processes in TM, WM and WDT/Billing
• Ensure TM/WM systems are optimized
• Point person for FPW system issues and escalations
• Develop/Leverage various warehouse analytic reports to help improve floor operations & productivity
• Works directly with SAP/IT team to resolve issues and test future SAP enhancements
• Must be dangerous goods certified (CFR-49 ground shipments).
• Must be detail oriented and ensure all outbound paperwork follows all regulatory requirements

Experience:

• Excellent SAP (S4) skills & ability to troubleshoot and reconcile issues
• Experience with all Microsoft tools
• Ability to identify system issues and drive quickly to resolution
• Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to positively interact with area teams, sales personnel, planning, and customers
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize system related issues
• Strong organizational skills (ability to cover for other team members when off)
• Must be flexible with work hours (overtime with some weekend work may be required)
• Previous warehousing experience is required
• Ability to be licensed to operate PMHE.
• Ability to lift to 75 Lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at heights at or above 30 feet.
• Ability to work in a wide range of climates.
• Ability to work safely.
