Position Title: Human Resources Systems Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX
Your role We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle HCM Cloud and ServiceNow environments, with a strong focus on self-service optimization and WalkMe digital adoption platform implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining user-friendly self-service experiences, as well as integrating chatbot functionality to automate and improve employee support. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the employee experience, improving HR operational efficiency, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, along with a passion for improving digital HR experiences through intuitive tools like WalkMe and conversational AI.
What you’ll do
Oracle HCM Self-Service Optimization
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Benefits) with a focus on enhancing employee and manager self-service.
- Identify and deliver improvements in workflows, navigation, and usability across the Oracle HCM platform to reduce manual intervention and improve employee satisfaction.
- Support release management by testing new features and managing user acceptance testing (UAT) related to self-service enhancements.
Chatbot Functionality & Automation
- Partner with IT to develop, implement, and maintain chatbot tools that integrate with Oracle HCM (e.g., Oracle Digital Assistant) and the ServiceNow knowledge management platform to provide instant support for FAQs and HR inquiries.
- Design conversation flows and decision trees for HR chatbots and ensure alignment with Oracle HCM data and processes.
- Monitor chatbot performance metrics, analyze usage trends, and drive improvements in response accuracy and user satisfaction.
WalkMe Implementation & Management
- Collaborate in the design, build, and deployment of WalkMe experiences to guide users through complex HR processes within Oracle HCM (e.g., onboarding, time entry, benefits enrollment).
- Develop and maintain Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other WalkMe content to reduce support tickets and increase self-sufficiency.
- Monitor analytics and user engagement to optimize WalkMe effectiveness, and drive data-backed continuous improvement.
System Support & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Support HR operations and people services teams in troubleshooting issues, resolving data discrepancies, and handling change requests in Oracle HCM and ServiceNow platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Communications) to define requirements and deliver technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving digital HR service delivery improvements.
- Ensure proper data governance, role-based access controls, and compliance with HR policies and global privacy regulations.
Training, Documentation & Change Management
- Create and maintain process documentation, end-user training materials, and release notes.
- Promote the adoption of self-service tools and support the rollout of new features and capabilities through training sessions, communications, and change management strategies.
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience in HRIS/HR Technology roles, with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Understanding of self-service design principles and user experience best practices.
Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to employee data.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with HR business processes such as onboarding, benefits, performance, and time/absence management.
Experience supporting or integrating chatbot technologies is a strong plus.
