Are you passionate about weddings and events? If so, Wedgewood Weddings could be the perfect match for you! We’re thrilled to be opening a brand-new venue in the area and are looking for a positive, “people person” to join us as a Catering Sales Manager. In this dynamic role, you’ll help introduce our newest location to the community while planning and coordinating incredible events, driving sales, and creating memories our couples will cherish forever.

The ideal candidate is motivated, excited to meet sales goals, and enjoys guiding couples through every step of their wedding journey. From the initial inquiry to the big day itself, you’ll be a key part of making each celebration extraordinary.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets, converting leads into happy couples, and utilizing effective upselling strategies.

  • Client Relationships: Build strong connections with couples, guiding them through the sales process with care and professionalism.

  • Event Coordination: Manage weddings and events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of event details, contracts, and documents using Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Problem Solving: Tackle challenges quickly and with a positive attitude to uphold our commitment to excellence.

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate event staff to deliver exceptional service and flawless events.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Sales Superstar: Proven ability to exceed sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction front and center.

  • Experience: 2+ years in catering sales, event sales, or hospitality preferred; a college degree is a plus.

  • Communication Expert: Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.

  • Passionate About Events: Genuine enthusiasm for weddings, hospitality, and creating memorable moments.

  • Team Collaborator: Excited to work with a supportive, results-driven team.

Additional Information

  • Physical requirements may include lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with banquet set-up and tear-down.

  • Flexibility is key—we work when our guests celebrate, so weekend and holiday availability is required.

Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hr 

Quarterly Bonus: $2,500 

Full Time/Benefits Eligible 

Location: Boulder County, CO (on location) 


The important extras: 

  • As is typical in the hospitality industry, this position requires regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.
