We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a multi-faceted individual capable of stepping in where the team need exists, exceling in gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders including the leadership team, execute against large migration and multi-system integration projects and lead the execution of
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful project delivery.
Project Management Support
· Document business capabilities and product roadmaps influencing company synergies and building out new business capabilities. Focused on activities, systems and processes.
· Support project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities in an SAFe agile model.
· Serves as a liaison between the business unit and IT in support of the relationship management function. Identifies opportunities and performs in a consultative role.
· Act as a trusted advisor in shaping program strategy and execution of plans.
Business Requirements Gathering
· Serves as a liaison between the business unit and IT in support of relationship management function. Identifies opportunities and performs in a consultative role.
· Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
· Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
· Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories to support solution design.
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
· Conduct stakeholder/user training of new capabilities ensuring the capabilities/processes are understood prior to deployment including training documents and updates to process documentation.
· Provides internal customer service to ensure systems continually meet or exceed the users' expectations.
· Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
· Develop UAT plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business users.
· Coordinate and execute UAT cycles, track defects, and ensure resolution prior to deployment.
· Coordinate with IT the development of a test database to ensure test data is consistently refreshed and available.
· Mentor organization on requirements documentation and UAT best practices contributing to continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
· Provide training and support to end-users during testing and post-implementation and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
· 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
· 5+ years of project manager or program manager in a senior or lead role.
· Previous experience with large upgrades or migrations including call centers, oracle software and new application builds.
· Previous program or project management experience working in SAFe agile either as scrum master, product owner, project manager or program manager.
· Ability to lead remote teams and work across all levels and functions of the organization.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven experience in requirements gathering and UAT execution.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with Scaled Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment & Compliance
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. While performing job duties, the incumbent may be required to sit, use hands/fingers, and occasionally stand, walk, or bend. Vision requirements include close vision.
