• Location: Atlanta, Georgia – Near Peachtree Ave NE 

• Preferred start date: ASAP

• Lesson format: Face-to-face

Details

• Availability: Weekend mornings

• Lesson Frequency: 1 time per week

• Lesson Duration: 45 minutes

• Current level: Beginner

• Native/other languages: German

• Goals:

  • Improve speaking and communication skills

  • Prepare for school-related needs

  • Build confidence in using English daily

• Additional Information:

  • The child currently takes lessons with a private teacher

  • Understands basic commands but struggles to speak

Responsibilities

• Create interactive and engaging lessons tailored to a young learner

• Focus on building speaking and listening confidence

• Incorporate school preparation activities into lessons

• Use games, activities, and creative methods to encourage communication

• Provide feedback to support steady language progress

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in English

• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, linguistics, or related field

• Experience teaching children, preferably elementary age

• Ability to create engaging, interactive lessons suited for young learners

• Strong communication and motivational skills
