As a FP&A Sales & Marketing Co-op Student you will support the Fleet, Retail and Irving Blending & Packaging (IBP) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Teams by contributing to weekly and monthly reporting, financial reviews, and process improvements. This role offers exposure to both corporate and operational finance functions, providing a well-rounded experience in financial analysis and business support.
The Fleet and Retail FP&A Team is based at our Home Office and supports strategic decision-making across our sales channels. The Irving Blending & Packaging FP&A Team is located at IBP, working closely with plant operations to drive performance and efficiency. The FP&A Co-op Student will be based at the Home Office, with occasional visits to the IBP site to collaborate with the operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Scorecards, Dashboards and Gross Margin reports weekly
- Assist with Monthly Financial Reviews
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as required
- Review and enhance work process documentation
Your Skills:

Your Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program completing 2nd or 3rd year of study with a strong interest in accounting or finance
- Must have completed at least 1 year of post-secondary education and be returning to school
