Job Description:

  •  We are looking OCI System Administrator. Must have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3+ years of Systems Administration (Linux, Windows) in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Deep expertise in advanced troubleshooting, system performance tuning, and infrastructure automation in OCI.
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux OS internals, including boot process, file systems, process and memory management, network stack.
  • Strong in managing and troubleshooting LVM, RAID, NFS, multipathing, boot issues, init/systemd, and package management (dnf/yum/rpm).
  • Proficient in configuring and securing SSH, firewall (iptables/nftables), NFS/SMB, Syslog, and systemd services.
  • Experience with diagnosing and resolving performance issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on system and application-level incidents.
  • Hands on experience in writing and modifying Terraform and Ansible scripts for managing OCI Infrastructure.
  • Extensive automation of system tasks: log rotation, patching, user management, backup scripts, system health monitoring in OCI
  • OS image build for Linux, Windows and patch automation using Python, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell.
  • Hands on Experience in OCI solutions: virtual machines/networks, hybrid cloud, identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, cloud storage.
  • Hands on Experience with provisioning storage, compute nodes, network in OCI
  • Aptitude to be a good team player and the desire to learn and implement new Cloud technologies as needed.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
