This includes but not limited to daily reporting of volumes, reconciliation etc. AI-powered tools may be used for anomaly detection and fraud prevention.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cb%3ECustomer %26amp; Correspondent Bank Inquiry Handling:%3C/b%3E Handle and respond to inquiries/requests from internal/external customers and correspondent banks regarding cheque transactions. AI-powered chatbots may be used to handle routine inquiries, freeing up time for more complex issues.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cb%3ECollaboration %26amp; Communication:%3C/b%3E Collaborate professionally and promptly with business units, support units, and agent/correspondent banks. AI tools may assist in scheduling and coordinating communications.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cb%3ERisk Management %26amp; Reporting:%3C/b%3E Timely report and escalate risk events/incidents, suspicious transactions, and potential complaints. AI may be used to enhance the detection of suspicious activity.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cb%3EOperational Efficiency:%3C/b%3E Adhere to high service levels and industry/currency cut-off times. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cb%3ECompliance %26amp; SOP Adherence:%3C/b%3E Ensure timely updates and proficiency to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and guidelines.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cb%3ESystem Testing %26amp; Enhancement:%3C/b%3E Participate in system enhancement and/or perform User Acceptance Testing - UAT.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cb%3EProcess Improvement %26amp; Technology Recommendations:%3C/b%3E Make suggestions for streamlining and enhancing operational procedures and controls, utilizing technology to increase productivity and reduce manpower needs.
