Jobs & Responsibilities

  1. Create the Sales Contract and distribute to the customer
  2. Coordinate with Finance team to check and make sure no outstanding invoice or exceeding the limit amount agreed before doing the shipment
  3. Checking the Shipping Instruction or Letter of Credit from buyer to make sure providing all the required documents
  4. Provide the Surveyor appointment letter for shipment which need pre-inspection if needed
  5. Provide the Marine Insurance Certificate for export with CIF incoterm
  6. Prepare all the documents like Invoice, Bill Of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Survey Report, Phytosanitary Certificate are comply with customer requirement and according to established standards

Qualification

  1. Male/Female, Diploma/bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service
  2. Working knowledge of SAP Customer service Module
  3. Proficient in MS Office
  4. Effective communication negotiation skills
  5. Fluent in English (Spoken and writing)
  6. Good analytical & strategic thinking
