The HR Administration Analyst role manages employee lifecycle processes and documentation, ensuring consistent service and support. It will be a point of contact for resolving administrative-related queries and supporting HR teams with HR data entry and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (ADP/Oracle) to support payroll, compliance, and reporting.
- Manage contractor and external employee records, including updates in MIM.
- Oversee employee document management, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Administer time and absence management processes, including tracking hours, leaves of absence, and ensuring timely timecard approvals.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including system updates, organizational announcements, benefits termination letters, and liaising with IT and Facilities.
- Generate and maintain essential documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Update intranet platforms, newsletters, and internal HR content to ensure relevance and consistency.
- Liaise with vendors regarding retirements and service anniversaries.
- Support cultural and engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Respond to employee HR queries and direct them to appropriate team members for resolution.
- Review and reconcile HR vendor billing invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including SharePoint.
- Experience with ADP and Oracle would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Effective planning and priority setting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range for roles performed in NC: $55,000-$65,000 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location,
experience, role and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCOR's total compensation
package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance
