The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a technical or quality admin role (ideally in food manufacturing).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Understanding of food safety standards and technical terminology.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update technical documentation and records (e.g. specifications, certificates, audits).
- Support internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up actions.
- Assist with traceability and product recall procedures.
- Manage supplier approval documentation and ensure compliance.
- Monitor and report on non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Maintain databases and systems for quality and compliance tracking.
- Liaise with production, quality, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Support the implementation of food safety and quality standards (e.g. BRC, HACCP).
- Collate and submit customer documentation and questionnaires.
- Provide general administrative support to the Technical department.
