We’re looking for a passionate, service-driven individual to join us as a Site Supervisor, ensuring our store runs seamlessly and our partners (employees) thrive. You'll lead by example—delivering warm, crafted experiences for customers and development opportunities for your team.

Key Duties

• Lead shifts, maintain product standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Train and develop baristas in service, preparation, and company standards.

• Assist with scheduling, inventory tasks, and operational documentation.

• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and quality control.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Must have prior barista experience and related supervisory/retail leadership is a plus.

• Strong service orientation, POS/cash handling knowledge, and team-building skills.
