Key Duties

Lead shifts, maintain product standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Train and develop baristas in service, preparation, and company standards.

Assist with scheduling, inventory tasks, and operational documentation.

Qualifications
What You Bring

Must have prior barista experience and related supervisory/retail leadership is a plus.

Strong service orientation, POS/cash handling knowledge, and team-building skills.
