IQVentures is looking for an experienced Mobile App / PWA Developer who is passionate about delivering high-quality, user-friendly applications. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple brands and projects, with excellent benefits and professional growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Creates, builds, and maintains native or cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Develops and enhances Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for cross-device accessibility.
• Translates wireframes and designs specifications into functional and engaging user interfaces.
• Ensures responsive, intuitive, and accessible designs.
• Integrates with RESTful APIs and backend services to support app functionality.
• Collaborates with backend developers to ensure smooth data exchange and scalability.
• Writes clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Implements unit tests and participates in QA cycles to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Identifies and resolves bugs, troubleshoots issues, and optimizes applications for performance and responsiveness.
• Works closely with product managers, designers, QA testers, and fellow developers to define and deliver features.
• Prepares and releases applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Monitors application performance, gathers user feedback, and researches new technologies to improve UX.
• Must follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures. 

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in iOS/Android app development (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).

Skills:

• Demonstrated success designing engaging, user-centered iOS and Android apps, plus work in web and brand design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.).
• Ability to work across mobile, web, and brand mediums.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance innovation with usability and brand consistency.
