Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7AM – 5PM and one Saturday per month
As a Service Advisor you will:
- Welcome clients and ensure an exceptional and professional service experience from start to finish
- Review service history, perform walkarounds, and recommend needed maintenance/repairs
- Clearly explain service options and pricing, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions
- Coordinate with technicians and service team to manage repair timelines and communicate updates to clients
- Keep clients informed regarding progress, changes, and approvals
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standard before returning the vehicle to the client
- Build lasting relationships with clients by being a reliable point of contact for ongoing service needs

Requirements
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- A positive, professional attitude with a passion for great customer service
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Dependable with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Intermediate computer skills
- Minimum 2+ years experience in service writing—luxury brand experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Dealertrack preferred; but will train the right candidate
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in good standings and clean driving record
