About the role
As a technical recruiter at Nudge, you will:
Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across multiple engineering disciplines
Source exceptional talent through direct outreach, technical communities, and academic networks
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
Screen candidates for technical fit, culture, and mission alignment
Manage end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation
Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates
About you
We are looking for recruiters of all levels, with a preference for at least 3 years of industry experience. Regardless of your career level, you should have:
4+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably at startups or high-growth companies hiring software engineers, researchers, or hardware engineers
Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent in competitive markets
Strong technical acumen - ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts with candidates
Excellent communication skills with ability to sell both technical challenges and company mission
