About the role

As a technical recruiter at Nudge, you will:

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across multiple engineering disciplines

  • Source exceptional talent through direct outreach, technical communities, and academic networks

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria

  • Screen candidates for technical fit, culture, and mission alignment

  • Manage end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation

  • Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates

About you

We are looking for recruiters of all levels, with a preference for at least 3 years of industry experience. Regardless of your career level, you should have:

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably at startups or high-growth companies hiring software engineers, researchers, or hardware engineers

  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent in competitive markets

  • Strong technical acumen - ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts with candidates

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to sell both technical challenges and company mission
