Join our team at the Reese Blvd Distribution Center in Huntersville, NC as an Inventory Control Specialist (Cycle Counter) where accuracy and attention to detail are key to our success. This is a full-time, second-shift position with a four-day workweek—Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory data in WMS
- Works with Inbound Manager to implement policies, practices, and procedures to improve the control of inventory
- Assists with slotting and bin location control in the WMS system (Softeon)
- Conduct cycle counts in the required cycles and on a timely manner
- Accountable for counting & adjusting the inventory, bin transfers, and computer entries
- Research inventory discrepancies through transaction histories, including additions of returned product into stock, shipping, and receiving.
- Operates any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required
- Find root cause for inventory inaccuracies and assist in executing a plan to improve inventory accuracy
- Maintain and comply with all processes and procedures to ensure inventory compliance
- Assist other departments when necessary for business success
- Assist annual physical inventories
- 2+ years of Inventory Control and Cycle Counting experience
- Must become power user of WMS system (Softeon)
- Better than average math skills
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Excel
- Must have working experience of material/inventory movement within ERP/WMS System
- Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
- Willing to work overtime when necessary
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to visually distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects
- Finger/wrist dexterity to work effectively on computer keyboard or grabbing/packaging product
- Must be able to work independently without supervision is required
- Ability to exchange information with co-workers and work as part of a team
