We are looking for a SAP Sales (CRM and SAP Partnership) professional for our growing team in India.
Your Responsibilities:
The SAP Sales professional will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing the SAP CRM system and overseeing SAP partnership programs like CCFlex. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, administrative skills, and strategic thinking to ensure smooth operations across sales and partnership management.
SAP CRM Management:
Administer the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Support the sales team and Practice Directors in managing customer accounts, tracking sales activities, and maintaining customer records.
Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system, coordinating with the CRM Support team as needed.
SAP Partnership (CCFlex) Administration:
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain updated partner records and track partnership benefits.
Facilitate communication between the company and SAP, ensuring timely updates and responses to CCflex-related queries
Monitor partnership performance metrics and work on initiatives to maximize the value derived from the SAP partnership.
Sales Support:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all relevant systems, including CRM, SAP ME portal, and marketing databases.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Your Experience and Skills:
Experience: 2- 7years in SAP CRM and sales support
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience in coordinating marketing activities.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (preferably MS CRM).
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
