The District Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple adidas stores within an assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and a premium consumer experience. This role serves as a strategic link between Store Management and Retail Leadership, driving business results while fostering a culture aligned with adidas values.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to ensure high levels of engagement, performance, and adherence to company standards.

Monitor and analyze KPIs (sales, profitability, productivity) to achieve and exceed district targets.

Ensure operational compliance with adidas policies, procedures, and global retail standards.

Drive a consumer-centric culture, ensuring consistent delivery of premium service and brand experience.

Manage talent development, including succession planning, performance reviews, and team capability building.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR/Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, etc.) to maximize district performance.

Lead store openings, remodels, and key retail initiatives within the district.
Requirements

Proven experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably within fashion, sports, or lifestyle industries.

Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and drive results.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.
