We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer for our AI Innovation team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We're counting on you to...

• Support the development of GenAI solutions and systems that integrate in-house developed ML models;
• Develop APIs for internal systems as well as leverage external APIs in the solutions being developed;
• Build interfaces for end users (customer-facing) and internal teams (back office) that allow for the configuration and control of intelligent agents;
• Contribute to the ideation, design, and implementation of prototypes that validate emerging technologies in the field of AI;
• Actively participate in defining the experimentation roadmap driven by the discovery of new technologies and concepts relevant to MC’s business. 

So, bring with you…

• 1 to 2 years of experience in web application development;
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Experience with or interest in working with React (preferred);
• Backend knowledge with Python (Django or FastAPI) or a willingness to learn;
• Interest in AI and a desire to apply models in real-world products;
• Experience with (or curiosity about) using code assistants like GitHub Copilot (a plus);
• Familiarity with API-first concepts and service integration;
• Knowledge of Cloud (Azure is a plus) and interest in learning about cloud-native architecture;
• Team spirit, proactivity, and a passion for experimentation;
• Strong engineering fundamentals and attention to code quality.
