Main Tasks
- First level Helpdesk for purchase requisition, eConn and Administration of user in eConn and SAP SRM
- Responsible for vendor onboarding process on SAP 4HANA Cloud (steer and develop process)
- Administration of supplier data in SAP, eConn, SAP SRM and Operative coordination of vendor onboarding process
- Responsible for Knowledge Management in area of eConn, SAP SRM, PU Reporting activities, eRFQ & RFQ, Certificate Management & Supplier Contracts
- eConn and Administration of user in eConn and SAP SRM
- Supports resolution of PuR SRM error messages
- Closely communicates with external suppliers
- Vendor maintenance - creation & changes
- Vendor maintenance - Vendor blocking/deleting/unblocking
- Supports the eRFQ process.
- Material Group and Payment terms maintenance
- Reporting activities for MGMs
- Single point of contact for Corporate Processes & Tools team
- Effectiveness, proposing improvement, fast reaction, consistency, discreteness, analysis thinking, responsibility
- Performing other tasks according to the direct supervisor
- Supporting TL and GPE with project task and activities
Your Profile
- Education in area of commerce or administration – B.com/BBM/BBA/M.com/MBA
- Flexible with US shift
- Proved experience in area of administration
- MS-Office skills, SAP, Service Now or other ERP as advantage
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication
- Extended support when there is business requirement
- Positive Attitude
