Job Title: Painter
Location: Groveton, NH
Shift: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Reports to: Production Foreman
Job Overview: The painter is responsible for prepping, priming, and painting Rotobec products to meet quality and durability standards. This role requires a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and paint Rotobec products according to specifications.
- Properly label and safely transport products using a forklift/overhead crane.
- Operate machinery, painting equipment, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds production targets as set by the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area.
- Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to perform high-quality painting work in an industrial setting.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Skills assessment/testing required during the hiring process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree in a related field or equivalent industrial painting experience.
- Prior experience with industrial painting techniques, surface preparation, and coatings.
- Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation

- Shift differential pay for weekend shifts.
- 36-hour workweek paid as 40 hrs.
