Job Title: Painter 

Location: Groveton, NH

Shift: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Reports to: Production Foreman

 

Job Overview: The painter is responsible for prepping, priming, and painting Rotobec products to meet quality and durability standards. This role requires a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, clean, and paint Rotobec products according to specifications.
  • Properly label and safely transport products using a forklift/overhead crane.
  • Operate machinery, painting equipment, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds production targets as set by the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area. 
  • Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to perform high-quality painting work in an industrial setting.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skills assessment/testing required during the hiring process. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Technical degree in a related field or equivalent industrial painting experience.
  • Prior experience with industrial painting techniques, surface preparation, and coatings. 
  • Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes in a manufacturing environment. 

Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
  • Shift differential pay for weekend shifts.
  • 36-hour workweek paid as 40 hrs.
